Name: David Meysembourg

Where you are from: Born in God's Country, a.k.a. Wisconsin.

Your Story: (How you got to RiverTree): We moved to Ohio from Missouri in 1997. After attending several churches and not getting that loving feeling, we attended the then Jackson Christian in Sauder Elementary on Mother's day in 1997. A friend invited us, even though she hadn't attended yet! She heard it was a great place to be, and she was right!

What you do at RiverTree: I'm the Lead Pastor for RiverTree's Hartville Campus.

Family: Yep, got one.
OK, my wife of 28 years and my favorite person in the world is Tami. We have two children, Dan (27) and Brianna (23). Dan is married to Melissa and they have four kids, Sara (13), Mikey (12), Taylor (11), and Mason (5). Brianna is about to give birth to Grandkid number 5, Isabella Capri, any day now! We have one dog, Jasmine (11), and three cats, Ebenezer (3), Smokey (13) and Bandit (13).

Favorite Sports Team: Green Bay Packers - can't help it, it's in my blood. GO PACK!

Favorite Movie: It's a tie between "The Lord of the Rings" Trilogy and "Gladiator".

Favorite Pastime: Hiking, walking, hanging with the family.

Little Known Fact: My sister and I won many roller dance competitions in the 1970's.

Favorite Quote: "You make a living with what you get; you make a life with what you give." Sir Winston Churchill

Who would you most like to have dinner with? Besides Tami? Erwin McManus.

What can you always find in my refrigerator? Between the fuzzy, green leftovers there is always Dannon Key Lime yogurt.
